I found some more pictures on the Bontempi Pop 3.
Based on the pictures, it's a lot easier to see what it actually is: A 3 octave combo organ with 6 bass and 6 chord buttons. It has a tab for a flute sound and for a reed sound, then 2 more for vibrato and vibrato speed. It has a built in speaker, which makes it ideal for this piece and by the looks of the grooves on the bottom, the case it comes in can be used as a stand for it. Should be fun.
